For orders placed before 12 noon on a working day, as far as possible, items will be packed and shipped on the same day otherwise they will be shipped on next working day.
We deliver our products through out India. However, there may be certain areas where delivery might be a challenge. If we are unable to deliver at your location we will refund your full order amount.

Although our staff usually track every shipment, if an item was shipped but you have not received delivery even after 15-days, please intimate us of the same by:

1. Loging into your account on the website.
2. Navigate to 'My Account'.
3. Click on 'Non-Delivery' button (visible 15 days after shipment up to day of delivery/cancellation of order).

Our team will verify the situation and if delivery is impossible, we will refund your full order value. The refunded amount should reflect in your original mode of payment within 3 to 7 working days.
