Cancellation, Returns and Refunds:

A full refund will be provided under the following three conditions:

1. The item you ordered is not received by you and non-delivery/wrong delivery is confirmed by the courier company. We accept intimation of Non-delivery provided at least 15 days have passed after despatch of your items.

2. The item you received is/are different from those ordered.
3. The item is received in a damaged condition.
  In the case of (2) and (3) above, you need to intimate us within 48 hours of receipt and then return the item(s) in its/their original packing. Upon confirmation of receipt and status of returned items, a full refund may be initiated which should reflect in your original mode of payment in 3 to 7 days.

  There will be no returns/refunds in case of items picked up from our office. You are requested to please check the item(s) before accepting the same.

You can initiate a return of items by:

2. Click on 'My Account' and login
3. Any orders you have placed will be visible in the 'My Account' page.
4. Click the 'Return Item(s)' button.

You can intimate non-delivery by:

Cancellation:

Only orders that have not been packed can be cancelled.

You can cancel a paid order by:

1. Visit our website,
2. Click on 'My Account' and login
3. Any orders you have placed will be visible in the 'My Account' page.
4. If the order is not yet packed, a cancel order button will be visible. Click it to cancel your order.
5. A full refund will be initiated which should reflect in your original mode of payment in 3 to 7 days.
