Cancellation, Returns and Refunds:

A full refund will be provided under the following conditions:

1. Non-delivery:
You have not received the item, and the courier company confirms non-delivery or incorrect delivery. Intimation of non-delivery will be accepted only after at least 15 days have passed since the dispatch date.

2. Incorrect item received:
The item you received is different from what you ordered.

3. Damaged item received:
The item was received in a visibly damaged condition.
For conditions (2) and (3), you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and return the item(s) in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their condition, a full refund will be initiated. The refunded amount will reflect in your original mode of payment within 3 to 7 business days.

Please note:
No returns or refunds will be accepted for items picked up in person from our office. We request you to inspect such items at the time of collection.

How to Initiate a Return or Report Non-Delivery:
To initiate a return:

1. Visit our website,
2. Click on 'My Account' and login
3. Any orders you have placed will be visible in the 'My Account' page.
4. Locate your order
5. Click the 'Return Item(s)' button.

To report non-delivery:
1. Follow the same steps as above.
2. Click on 'Non-Delivery' button.

Cancellation Policy:

Only orders that have not yet been packed are eligible for cancellation.

How to Cancel an Order:

1. Visit our website,
2. Click on 'My Account' and login
3. Any orders you have placed will be visible in the 'My Account' page.
4. If the order is not yet packed, a cancel order button will be visible.
5. Click it to cancel your order.
6. Upon successful cancellation, Rs 10/- will be deducted as restocking charges and balance refunded. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 3 to 7 business days.
