Product Purchase Flow

1. Visiting the merchandising page here


2. Click on any of the attractive merchandise


3. Read the product description, select the appropriate option (e.g. size). When an option is selected, the available stock is also displayed.


4. Enter the required quantity in the box below the product options list


5. Click 'Add to Cart' button


6. The shopping cart displays the the product(s) added into your shopping cart.


7. You may directly increase / decrease the quantity required or even remove a product from the shopping cart.


8. Select whether you want the product home-delivered or you would prefer to pick up the item(s) from our office. In case of the former, shipping charges shall apply whereas in case of self-pickup, there will be no shipping charges


9. Click the 'Check Out' button.


10. If you have purchased from us previously, you probably already have an account with us in which case, click the 'log in' link at the top of the page and enter your user id and password in the form that is displayed. If you can't remember the user-id, you can login by opting to receive a one-time password (OTP) on your cellphone.


11. If you are a first-time purchaser, fill in the form with the requested information. Your phone number should be a mobile phone number as we will send you a SMS when the order is confirmed, when packed and when shipped.


12. The checkout page also displays the items purchased and the total value of the purchase. Clicking the 'Pay Now' button will take you to the secure payment page.


13. On successful completion of the payment, you will be taken to the 'My Account' page. A confirmation email and SMS is also sent out.


14. The 'My Account' page has all your transactions listed. If for any reason the payment was not successful, you can re-attempt the payment by clicking on the 'Pay Now' button that will automatically appear in case of non-payment or failed payment.


15. The 'My Account' page also displays whether the items have been packed and shipped.


16. Should you feel the need for it, the 'My Account' page also enables you to cancel the purchase / return items or intimate us incase of non-delivery.
